Aloe Vera and Cucumber Mask
- 3 ounces Aloe Vera Gel
- 3 ounces Smashed Cucumber
- A few drops of water
Mix until smooth then apply to face. Leave on overnight and rinse in the morning for healthy vibrant skin.
Lemon
The juice of a lemon is known to brighten skin. It can fight and heal acne and it works wonders on blackheads.
Blackhead Treatment
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- A few drops of Honey
Mix and rub on your face in circular motions in the areas that need it most. Rinse well and be sure to moisturize.
Cucumber
The acids contained in cucumbers are known to soothe skin issues and reduce swelling. Applying it topically can relieve burns and the symptoms of eczema.
Puffy Eye Treatment
Place a sliced cucumber on each eye for ten minutes to reduce swelling under and around the eye.
Himalayan Salt
Improves hydration and can even balance the skins pH levels. Himalayan salt detoxifies the skin and exfoliates dead skin cells. It can draw out moisture so people with oily skin can see significant changes.
Exfoliating and Detoxifying Rub
- 1/4 cup Himalayan Salt
- 1/8 cup Olive Oil
Mix and rub all over body and face to reduce oils, exfoliate dead cells, and detoxify your skin.
Peppermint
As an oil, it can be applied to the face (after diluting with a carrier oil like almond or jojoba) to prevent acne by reducing oil levels. You can add a few drops to your favorite shampoo to relieve and combat dandruff. To use fresh leaves, you simply crush them and rub them right on your skin. Rosemary

Rosemary Disinfectant
- 3 cups fresh Rosemary
- 1 1/2 cups water
Simmer Rosemary for 15-20 minutes. Strain. Wash the area and allow to air dry.
Note: For some, rosemary can cause irritation; use in small doses to determine how sensitive your skin may be to this ingredient.
Almond
Eating almonds will nourish your skin from the inside and help protect it against the sun's harmful UV rays. Adding almond oil to your face cleansing routine can actually unclog pores.
Sensitive Skin Exfoliant
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1-2 drops Almond Oil
Ginger and Honey
This combination of natural ingredients can prevent free radical damage and promote healthy aging.
Ginger and Honey Face Mask
- 2 tablespoons Grated Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Mix ingredients and apply to face for 10 minutes. Rinse to reveal radiant skin.
Honey
Mix 3 tablespoons of honey into a tub of warm water. Soak your body to relax and hydrate your skin.
For sunburn relief and recovery mix 1/8 cup honey with 1/2 cup aloe vera gel and apply to affected skin.
